You were just handed a rulebook that said hustle equals worth, rest is weakness, and boundaries are selfish.

That’s the lie I’m here to help you unlearn.

My Wake-Up Call

When My Kid Renamed the Weekend

I spent years running on empty at Silicon Valley startups and, at Google, EA, and Microsoft. I chased promotions and answered every late-night ping like my life depended on it.

Then one Saturday morning, my child looked up and asked:

"Mom, are you having another work-end instead of a weekend?" asking if I was going to work through the weekend AGAIN.

A Work-end. That one-word mic drop stopped me cold.

In that moment, I realized, I had let my job steal the very life I was working so hard to enjoy.

I Didn't Fix My Burnout With A New Planner

I didn’t time-block my way to inner peace.
And I definitely didn’t figure it out by “hustling smarter.”

What changed was my mindset.

I stopped chasing a system that only rewarded exhaustion.
And I started building new practices and minset building moments that actually made space for breath, rest, and boundaries that held.

What I Did Next

I took everything I’d learned in my career, all the systems, frameworks, leadership tactics, and rewrote them to actually support humans, not just performance metrics.

I started testing small mindset-first tools on myself and with my teams and they worked, not because they were revolutionary, but because they were realistic.

Tiny shifts, realistic tools, and one belief shift at a time that makes things feel lighter.

That’s what we do here.
